Chief Clarence Louie
Clarence Louie, chief and CEO, of the Osoyoos Band in British Columbia's South Okanagan. The Osoyoos Indian band is located in the southern tip of the province of British Columbia in the Great-Basin Desert. Chief Louie has been instrumental in creating many business opportunities for the Native Americans living on the reserve, and has become a model for reserves elsewhere in Canada.
